Back in 2006 we decided that our whole "admin" side of doing business needed to change. We had invoices lying around all over the place and customer details here there and everywhere. We looked into the available CRM systems on the market but didn't want to pay the prices that the better ones were demanding.
Your-CRM version 1 was born.
Version 1 was a world away from what version 2 is now, but at the time, it improved our admin tasks no end! No more losing customer details and invoices. Everything was kept in one place, accessible from any pc on the internet, anywhere in the world.
Over the next year or so we have been adding functionality and features and we believe that now, we have an excellent system for managing everything relating to the smooth running of our business. It doesn't stop there though. We are constantly tweaking and upgrading the system adding new features along the way. Listening to our users' requests and comments.
