Customers who register to use your-CRM (the "Service") are asked to provide personal details such as name, email address, company name and address and how many employees you have.
your-CRM.com (the "Site") uses this information to set up the Service for individuals and their organisations. We may also use this information to contact customers to discuss the service that we provide, and to notify of important updates to the Service and the Site.
Customer email addresses and any personal customer information will not be distributed or shared with third parties. Customers can opt out of being contacted by us, or receiving such information from us, at any time by sending an email to support{at}your-crm.com
All billing information is collected by PayPal and not stored by us in any way. All payment transactions are taken on the secure Paypal website.
Customers of the Service will be using the Site to host data and information ("Data"). your-CRM.com will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such Data except as may be required by law. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, or suspected violation of the Terms of Agreement, or as may be required by law.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their user registration and password.
Viewing pages on the Site will not cause private information about you to be recorded. The Site does not use "cookies" to track where you go or what you do. your-CRM does maintain statistics, which are collected to provide statistical information about server usage, and to plan for future capacity and to ascertain which parts of the site people use.
your-CRM.com uses session cookies to allow the system to uniquely identify you while you are logged in. your-CRM does not use "persistent" cookies. Therefore when you close your Internet browser, all cookies are destroyed. Users who disable their Web browsers' ability to accept cookies (or Javascript) will be able to browse our Website but will not be able to successfully use the Service.

your-CRM is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of other websites that we link to.
Opt-Out Policy:
your-CRM.com offers it's customers the ability to opt-out of communications sent by us. Simply send an email to support{at}your-crm.com stating that you do not wish to be contacted for anything other than Service updates.

Security Statement
your-CRM.com is hosted in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other advanced technology to prevent interference or access from outside intruders.
The database is backed up regularly and all passwords are encrypted before storing in the database.
NO credit card details are retained, or even seen by us. All subscriptions are managed by Paypal on their secure servers.
